Mencial Dashboard Interface

Mencial is a conceptual payroll and workforce-management dashboard designed to make complex financial and operational data feel clear, calm, and actionable. The interface brings together key metrics—such as monthly payroll, employee activity, labor-cost distribution, pending payments, team spending, and requests—into one focused workspace.

The design uses a modular card system, restrained visual hierarchy, and a muted green palette to reduce cognitive load while preserving a sense of trust and professionalism. Data visualizations are intentionally simple and scannable, helping managers identify trends, priorities, and exceptions without navigating through dense reports.

This project explores how thoughtful layout, reusable UI patterns, and purposeful data visualization can turn a data-heavy SaaS experience into a more intuitive product interface.
